Breaking News: Pokemon Go AR Finally Coming to Windows Mobile Soon


The augmented-reality mobile video game Pokemon Go which became a phenomenal hit as thousand of Pokemon fans have now taken to the streets in search for the elusive pocket monsters. Pokemon Go has been becoming success on the two major mobile operating system, IOS and Android.

The game is now available in more than 36 countries world wide and almost anyone with a smartphone can participate in the adventure. Pokemon fans who are using Microsoft's windows mobile operating system have expressed their dissatisfaction with how they have been left  out as the game is still not available to Windows Phone.

According tto MNRDaily, "Microsoft's CEO, Satya Nadella, had previously mentioned that they might consider adding the game to their upcoming augmented reality headset, the Microsoft HoloLens, very soon. He mentioned that the game would be a great fit to their device as it actually looks to be tailor-made for its functions. The CEO, however, did not mention anything about adding the game to their mobile operating system, which had concerned some users."

According to the latest reports, over 8,500 Windows Phones had signed a petition for Windows to bring the game on Windows Mobile Operating System. "Pokémon Go is a phenomenon that has conquered the whole world, minus the users of Windows Phone.

A fan named Rafael Pinheiro had posted on Microsoft Portugal's Facebook page.


"The application will be home soon, which refers to the Windows Store. Thank you, Team Microsoft Portugal," the Microsoft Portugal team had replied.
